Martin Bionics allowed the opportunity for me to fully immerse myself in the design and implementation of leading edge prosthetic technologies. My role at Martin Bionics included:

Updating carbon fiber models using CAD to allow integration with all connecting parts

Designing above knee and below knee socket parts to create a more streamlined fitting process and using FEA analysis to confirm safety and strength

Adjusting parts to consider ergonomic and alluring design as well as patient feedback

Working with manufacturers to produce professional machine drawings

At Sanofi Pasteur I initiated many data collection enhancements in cost, time, and resource management on the project controls engineering side of the interdisciplinary team. My tasks and accomplishments included:

Tracking spending, hours, and timelines of all engineering departments and projects

Communicating with departments to ensure project milestones were met and to assist with programming issues

Collecting and presenting monthly data on project progress to department heads to guide performance improvements
Vitesco Technologies

As a student intern at Vitesco Technologies, I took on major roles in designing testing set-ups for many vehicle parts all while simultaneously navigating an online working style due to the beginning of the pandemic. My main responsibilities included:

Leading the design, implementation, and testing of a weld leak fixture on an electronic compressor bypass valve prototype

Performing research to study previous solutions and existing systems, presenting CAD models to international colleagues, and analyzing results of testing

Learning iteration techniques and presenting results of the testing as a report to improve the efficiency of the valve
